I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Homewood Suites By Hilton Santa Clarita/Valencia, Ca. The room was spacious and came with a well-equipped kitchen, allowing me to prepare my meals easily. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any queries.

Had a great stay in the King Studio Suite! Loved the fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals and the comfy couch. Minor hiccup with the TV not working, but the staff was super friendly and tried their best to help.

The full kitchen in the Queen Suite With Tub allowed for some home-cooked meals, which is a definite plus. A spacious design provided comfort during our stay, making it feel like a temporary home rather than just a hotel room.

There were empty toiletries upon arrival, forcing us to fetch our own supplies from the front desk, and breakfast options were lacking with no regular sugar for coffee available—a minor oversight in my book, but disappointing nonetheless.

The indoor swimming pool and comfy beds made my stay delightful. However, I faced some challenges with customer service that left me disappointed during my visit.

Artwork in the area could use some attention since some signs were missing letters, which detracted from the overall experience. Housekeeping only occurred every four days, leaving insufficient towels for daily use, and breakfast was chaotic with poorly organized items like hidden plates and unlabeled milk containers. Offering fresh sushi would greatly enhance the dining experience.

Spacious room, comfortable bathroom, our King Studio Suite had a full-size refrigerator and ample hot water. We enjoyed a convenient breakfast and free Wi-Fi, making our stay easy and enjoyable, especially with the hotel being only 38 km from the nearest airport.
